Michael ten Broeke
Michael ten Broeke studied Applied Physics and Computer Sciences at the University of Groningen. He has over 20 years of experience in implementation of automated systems. An Engineer and Data Scientist, Michael aims to make automation better by focusing on the big picture. A strong believer in Co-working and knowledge sharing as means for successful projects, Michael applies a personal approach with a keen eye to technology.
He enjoys using his experience and expertise in helping others in consulting assignments and seminars.
In his free time he loves sailing on the North Sea in summer and skiing in the Alps in winter.
Robert Jan van der Horst
Robert Jan van der Horst studied Quantitative Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has 20+ years of experience in implementation of automated systems. Robert Jan has worked as controller and, implementation consultant on all continents and lately as CIO of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Has a very broad international experience with ERP and Change Management in the pharma, food and process industry. He is an expert in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Serialization.
Robert Jan developed a strong vision on the importance of the Human factor when applying Technology. His key strength is the promotion of the team approach. He has been involved in many digital transformations. Robert Jan regularly gives speeches and publishes articles on IT related topics.
Robert Jan lives in Spain, loves sports and good food.
Angela Miguel van der Horst
Angela Miguel van der Horst is currently in her third year of her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Digital Business at ESIC Marketing & Business School in Barcelona.
Angela has an international background: she was born in The Netherlands, lived in Spain most of her life, and studied abroad for a year in Ireland.
She also took part in a Dual Baccalaureate offered by Academica International Studies in Barcelona where she obtained an American High School Diploma, next to her Spanish Baccalaureate.
Recently Angela started her internship at Q7 Consulting as Marketing & Sales Associate helping to implement the digital marketing roadmap.
Angela lives in Spain, enjoys sports, traveling, and art.
José María Ochoa Ferriño
José María Ochoa Ferriño studied Law at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He has experience in International Projects, Framework Transformation, Legal Due Diligence and Compliance.
His key strength is to enable Business Development with a solid Legal perspective and an eye for Compliance. José María has worked as Counsel for International Law Firms and lately as Legal Counsel of a retail company with Proximity, Health and Fuel Divisions. He has International experience in the Retail, Energy and Consumer Products industries. He is an expert translator in the English and Spanish languages with accreditation at the Mexican government.
José Maria recently started at Q7 Consulting as Business Development Associate. He lives in Mexico, is passionate about his family, cooking and American Football.
Kader Ergincanli
Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Finance and IT on an international level. Talent for operational management including producing high-performance teams, effectively making decisions, and quickly resolving issues within required time frames.
Experienced in change management, driving strategic direction, product roadmaps, and IT projects through the complexities of differing agendas, personalities, and cultures.
Expertise in working under tight deadlines on multiple time-sensitive projects while providing strong leadership and time management skills.
